This portal allows Sertra's clients to enter all shipping information for various packages and submit order requests in a simple and efficient manner. Thanks to a database synchronized with Sertra's current ERP, the portal has significantly improved the productivity of the staff, allowing for a substantial reduction in operational costs.

Synchronization with Current ERP:
One of the most important features of the portal is its seamless integration with Sertra's current ERP. All orders entered through the portal are automatically synchronized with the ERP system, ensuring that information is always up-to-date and that Sertra's staff can manage orders efficiently.
Improvement of Staff Productivity:
Thanks to the customer portal, many orders are now entered externally by the clients themselves and sent directly to Sertra's ERP system. This has significantly improved staff productivity, reduced operational costs, and allowed staff to focus on other important activities.
Development of Sertra:
