Sertra is a company specializing in the logistics sector that requested Colibryx to develop an innovative customer portal. This portal allows Sertra's clients to enter all shipping information for various packages and submit order requests in a simple and efficient manner. Thanks to a database synchronized with Sertra's current ERP, the portal has significantly improved the productivity of the staff, allowing for a substantial reduction in operational costs.

Main Features:

Shipping Information Entry:

The Sertra customer portal allows clients to enter all necessary information for the shipment of various packages. Users can specify details such as weight, dimensions, content, and special instructions for each package, facilitating the management of complex shipments.

Order Request:

Once all shipping information is entered, clients can submit an order request directly through the portal. This simplifies the order creation process and reduces the risk of errors, ensuring that all information is complete and accurate.

Intuitive Interface and Immediate Completion:

The portal is designed with an intuitive and user-friendly interface, making the entry of shipping information more immediate for clients. This improves the user experience and reduces the time needed to complete order requests.

Destinations/Departures Database and Reference Contacts:

The portal includes a comprehensive database of destinations and departures, as well as reference contacts. This database is synchronized with Sertra's current ERP, ensuring that all information is always up-to-date and easily accessible. Users can quickly select existing destinations and reference contacts, further simplifying the order entry process.

Synchronization with Current ERP:

One of the most important features of the portal is its seamless integration with Sertra's current ERP. All orders entered through the portal are automatically synchronized with the ERP system, ensuring that information is always up-to-date and that Sertra's staff can manage orders efficiently.

Improvement of Staff Productivity:

Thanks to the customer portal, many orders are now entered externally by the clients themselves and sent directly to Sertra's ERP system. This has significantly improved staff productivity, reduced operational costs, and allowed staff to focus on other important activities.

Development of Sertra:

The Sertra project required 3 months of development. During this period, the Colibryx team worked closely with Sertra to fully understand their needs and goals.
