BTM is a corporate travel agency that managed clients and bookings across Excel, email, WhatsApp, and legacy software. Colibryx designed and developed a unified CRM platform that centralizes company and traveler details, parametric Travel Policies, fees, and a complete history of activities. Each operator can access all necessary information in seconds to best serve the client.
Scattered information, slow responses
Bookings on external sites, communications on email and WhatsApp, client details on Excel, Travel Policy on Teams. No single source of truth. When a client called with an emergency, the operator lost precious minutes searching for information.
