We built a digital ecosystem for planning and monitoring the transport of earthmoving machinery. Two complementary portals: one for operators who organize trips from a desktop, the other for drivers who consult and update the schedule from tablets and smartphones. The goal: eliminate the chaos of paper calendars and provide complete visibility on every movement.
Paper calendars and scattered communications
Transport planning was done manually: uncentralized sheets, calendars, and messages. No visibility on routes, difficulty managing unforeseen events, and lack of real-time coordination with drivers.

Discovery
Analysis of operational processes and flow mapping: orders, trips, drivers, and vehicles. Shared definition with the client of priorities and variables to optimize.

Design of the optimization algorithm that assigns loads considering availability, vehicle compatibility, driving hours, and reduction of empty kilometers.

Development of the interface for operators: request entry, calendar and map views, drag & drop management of stops and unforeseen events.

Development of the mobile-first app for drivers: trip consultation, completion reporting, unforeseen events, and real-time communication with the central office.
A single hub for planning and coordination
Two integrated portals that replace scattered calendars and communications. Operators plan on a map with drag & drop; drivers see their trips, update statuses, and report unforeseen events. Everything centralized, everything tracked.
Interactive map and routes
Map visualization of all routes with loading and unloading checkpoints. Insertion and reordering of stops with drag & drop, like on Google Maps with multiple stops.
Calendar and daily lists
Daily, weekly, and monthly view of trips. Highlight of assignments, priorities, and trips to complete. Alerts for transports not carried out the previous day.
Mobile drivers portal
Interface optimized for tablets and mobile phones: drivers consult their trips, report completions, unforeseen events, and delays, with automatic alerts to the client.
Real-time unforeseen event management
Entry of urgent trips in the desired order, rapid reassignment, delay reporting with optional client notification. Flexible recalculation of routes.
