JustFive operated with processes spread across Notion, Trello, and Excel. We designed and built an integrated CRM that unifies contract management, multi-level commission calculation, and customer data collection. Each role has its own dashboard, flows are automated, and control is centralized.
Data everywhere, control nowhere
The sales network worked with different tools: contracts on Excel, tasks on Trello, notes on Notion. No single view, manual commission calculation, and risk of errors. Scaling was impossible.
