We developed an intelligent planning engine for composing shipment loads. The system integrates data from ERP, WMS, and MES, generates multiple optimized proposals based on different criteria (tonnage, customers served, vehicle utilization), and allows the planner to compare, choose, and refine with real-time overrides. The result: from 8 hours of manual work per day to a strategic supervisory role.

Multiple proposals, informed decision
The system does not generate a single solution but several optimized proposals per objective (max tonnage, max customers, balanced). The planner compares trade-offs, chooses, and can modify with an override; the system recalculates the impact in real-time.
