Sertra, a leading third-party transport company, needed a management system that unified orders, trip planning, warehouse management, electronic invoicing, and personnel. Colibryx designed and developed a custom platform that replaces Excel and paper documents with an integrated digital workflow, reducing errors and operational times.

Sertra managed orders, planning, and invoicing using spreadsheets and paper documents. There was no centralized visibility, a high risk of errors, and long times for each operation.

Order entry with client-specific tariffs, interactive calendar, and optimized trip grouping. Automatic alerts for new destinations and critical issues.

Digital Warehouse

Merchandise tracking across multiple warehouses, handhelds with scanners for loading/unloading, interactive board for daily operations.

Automatic Invoicing

Pre-generation of invoices at the end of a trip, sending to SDI, digital waybills, and ZIP for the client. FatturaPA compliance guaranteed.

Deadlines and Control

Unified deadline management for vehicles, personnel, and company. Proactive notifications and automatic recurrences to never miss a deadline.
