We built a complete B2B food e-commerce platform for Stander Food: a customer portal with self-service ordering, personalized price lists, AI-powered smart search, and bidirectional integration with the company's ERP. The result: a scalable digital channel aligned with internal processes.

Orders by phone, price lists on Excel

Stander Food managed B2B orders primarily via phone and email. Each client had different price lists and conditions, but there was no digital channel that combined customer autonomy and synchronization with the ERP.

  2. Fragmented price lists: prices and offers on Excel sheets, difficult to update
  3. Zero customer visibility: no portal for order history or dedicated offers
  4. Absent ERP integration: double data entry and risk of errors
