Meeting AI is the answer to an everyday problem: recording meetings with a phone is inconvenient, unprofessional, and scatters files. We built an app that runs on a tablet or laptop in the meeting room: one tap starts the recording, the AI transcribes in Italian, and generates structured summaries ready for export and sending to participants.

Every meeting ended with someone pulling out their smartphone to record. Scattered files, no transcription, zero traceability. Documenting required hours of manual work.

Meeting AI runs on a dedicated tablet or laptop in the meeting room. Recording, automatic Italian transcription, and AI summary in a single flow. The minutes are generated in Word and sent via email to participants without manual intervention.
