We built a customer service platform for Quoting24, dedicated to the automotive parts sector. It centralizes requests via WhatsApp, automatically extracts license plates and VINs with AI, suggests correct searches, and integrates the QRicambi catalog. Every conversation becomes a traceable ticket, every request is analyzed in seconds.

Parts retailers managed requests via email, phone, and personal WhatsApp. No tracking, no shared history, repeated manual searches. The risk of errors and duplications was high.

The Solution

The platform receives requests via WhatsApp, analyzes them with AI to extract license plates and vehicle data, suggests optimal search strings, and connects to the QRicambi catalog. Operators work on tracked tickets, with complete history and real-time synchronization.
